Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and development of the Arabian horse industry in the Panhandle area region. Our members are made up of breeders, trainers, businesses, and enthusiasts who are all passionate about the Arabian horse and other Breeds.
We strive to create a culture of camaraderie, education, and fun through our events, programs, and meetings. As a volunteer-run organization, we are committed to providing our members with the best resources available and promoting a safe and healthy environment for all horses.
President
Tim Ross
As President of the Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association, I am dedicated to upholding the standards of our organization in all that I do. With over 10 years of experience as a professional AFA Farrier, I have extensive knowledge and experience in the care of Arabian horses.
I understand the importance of protecting the well-being of the Arabian horse, and I am committed to providing our members with the resources they need to ensure their horses are well-cared for. I am also proud to promote the Arabian horse and its many wonderful attributes.

Lucas Moore
Owner of Image Moore Arabians, a world-renowned Arabian horse breeding and raising business led by Lucas Moore, provides high-quality black straight Egyptian Arabians that have been highly sought after. With years of experience in the business, Image Moore Arabians prides itself on delivering only the best horses to its customers.

Sherry Hollingsworth
The Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association is proud to welcome Sherry Hollingworth as part of the team! An experienced and dedicated preschool director, Sherry has a deep-rooted passion for horses, sparked by her daughter's two consecutive years of horse camp with the Girls Scouts. Through volunteering at DGAHA, Sherry has come to recognize the incredible possibilities that horses can bring to children's lives and is now dedicated to helping more children have the opportunity to show horses.

Rosemay Manzano
The Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association is proud to have Rosemay Manazano as part of its team. Rosemay has over 10 years of experience in accounting and book management and is deeply committed to the equine lifestyle owning several horses. She is also a co-owner of a crane and rigging company and owns several rental properties, as well as Airbnbs in the panhandle. Rosemay has embraced her daughter's hobby making her an invaluable member of the DGAHA team.

Angie Reichert
Angie Reichert is a leading figure in the horse show industry, having worked with a number of prestigious organizations. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for helping others. As the Director at Large, she strives to ensure the best possible experience for all members, both in-state and out-of-state. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for all members and continues to be a leader in the horse show industry.
Florida Director
Liz Hanson is passionate about horses and all things equestrian. As the Florida Director, she works diligently to ensure that equestrian life is thriving in the state. She has been involved in the equestrian community for many years and is the Open Show chairman.
Her mission is to bring together horse lovers from all walks of life to share their passion for these majestic and beautiful animals. Whether you’re a professional or a beginner, I’m here to help you explore the world of equestrian sports and events.
Alabama Director
Andy Holllingworth
The Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association is proud to have Andy Hollingsworth as its Alabama director. Andy is a retired Air Force member of 20 years and a current contractor who loves to travel and spend time with his beloved wife and children. He is also a huge supporter of his daughter's love for horses and gladly volunteers his time for the association.

Devon Smith is a proud and dedicated horsewoman, trainer, and rider. Past president of the Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association and dedicated her life to improving the sport and industry. Her goal is to ensure the future of this beautiful sport and constantly look for ways to improve the horsemanship experience.
Passionate about connecting the horse, rider, and trainer and striving to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment. She looks forward to seeing you at the barn and sharing her knowledge and experience.

Carolyn Moussa
Carolyn Moussa is a multifaceted professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a Membership Chairman. She is the owner of Blue Gem Farms LLC, and Blue Gem Treasures an Arabian horse breeding business, with more than 20 years of Horsemanship knowledge and an internationally published photographer. Being a long-time member of the Dixie Gulf Arabian Horse Association
Carolyn’s passion for horses and photography and marketing has enabled her to bring a unique and creative perspective to her role. She is dedicated to helping others join the Association and is constantly looking for new ways to promote the Arabian horse industry.
